The staff here are friendly, and the location is fantastic with easy access to the U-Bahn and bus stop.

The room is newly decorated and has a clean bathroom. Great to have central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location is quiet and marvellous, 2 km from Plymouth Hoe.

Ease of booking, simplicity, cleanliness.

Not being able to buy breakfast in the hotel unless it had been booked with the reservation. Having to pay for 5 nights in advance on arrival. A fridge in the room would have been more useful than a tv.

I was on a geocaching trip and this hotel was great for my needs. Near the motorway, the bed was very comfortable, all quiet, and good showers and toilet facilities.Free wi-fi too.I would definitely use this place again.

Was in Bocum to watch a football match with a group of friends. The hotel is near the stadium and we could park our car and take the U Bahn. Later we took a cheap shared taxi back from the town centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money and perfect for our needs.

This recently refurbished hotel offers affordable rooms, and its fantastic location allows for a short walk to the outskirts and the train station, making it a great choice for visitors.

A six digit reservation number was needed for check in, this was not given to me by Booked.net when making the reservation ! I had booked including breakfast with Booked.net. But in the morning I had to find out that breakfast needs to be arranged one day before with the hotel staff, so no breakfast :-/ Booked.net sucks :-(
